Shipping & Handling

All CHAPTER 13 shoes and accessories are handcrafted and hand-embroidered, therefore production and dispatch may take up to 2 weeks (working days).

Order processing begins once the order is confirmed via email, call, or WhatsApp.
You will receive:

• An order confirmation email once your order is placed
• A tracking number once your order is dispatched

Delays may occur during festive seasons or high-volume periods. Any significant delay will be communicated.

Local Orders (Pakistan)

• Free shipping on orders above PKR 6,500
• Orders are verified via SMS or WhatsApp before processing
• Delivery time:
  • Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–3 working days
  • Other cities: 4–5 working days

Important:

• In case of partial stock availability, available items may be shipped immediately (customer will be informed)
• Do not accept parcels in packaging other than CHAPTER 13

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
• Orders are processed after payment authorization and verification
